Are there any good YA romantasy/regular romance books for Christians? (preferably romantasy if possible)

You do understand that Romantasy means a romance that has fantasy that may not be acceptable to your brand of Christianity? If that is not a problem for you, there are literally hundreds of books by well known young adult writers such as Mercedes Lackey and Rachel Neumeier who write clean YA novels.
